  20. Anyone who points to a single source of the problem is almost sure to be 
  21. wrong; the problem is usually the result of many factors, any and all of which 
  22. might make the problem somewhat better.

  24. Yes, your 486SLC2 CPU is probably a bit slower than it could be... but adding 
  25. a faster CPU probably won't make the problem go away completely unless you 
  26. change other things as well.
