- wrong; the problem is usually the result of many factors, any and all of which
- might make the problem somewhat better.

- Yes, your 486SLC2 CPU is probably a bit slower than it could be... but adding
- a faster CPU probably won't make the problem go away completely unless you
- change other things as well.
